As Sr. Director of Cloud Marketing at Epicor, Downing is responsible for defining long-term product strategies, managing near-term tactical processes and program design. Prior to Epicor, Downing has held directing positions at global companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Managerial Economics from Brock University and an MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California.
